Well, PTC sites (PTC means paid to click) have become very popular around the world. The reasons of this popularity are quite simple: they are free to join, do not require any special skills or knowledge and provide an opportunity to earn some extra cash.

However, a PTC site is not a "get rich quick" scheme. If you have found a good and paying PTC site, if you have a lot of active referrals (a referral is a person who registered on the PTC using your referral link) you can easily earn some decent money spending very little time on clicking links. But you can't earn huge sums!

Unfortunately, some people do not understand (or don't want to understand) a simple fact: nobody will pay you, say, ten dollars or even one dollar to view an advertisement for 30 seconds. And scammers use high rates per click to attract naive people. A person is looking for an opportunity to earn money online and encounters a PTC site that promises to pay ten dollars per click. And this person thinks something like this: Hey, I found a great site. I can view just several ads per day and earn more than 1000 dollars a month. What a great way to make money online. This is a goldmine. I will find some more sites like this one and then I will quit my dead end job. But this person even does not know how wrong he is! He does not understand that he will never see the money he earned by clicking ads on that site. Why? Because sites with high rates per click (one, five, ten or hundred dollars per click) will never pay users the money they earned. Never! In some cases you can convert your earnings into advertising, i.e. you can buy advertising on the PTC site you use. You can buy it using your account funds (money you earned by clicking ads). But you can never cashout your money from such sites! Always remember that.

One of the peculiarities of sites with high rates per click is that very often these sites have a very attractive and professional look. And of course this professional design makes people think that these sites are serious and reliable.

It is not always easy to identify a scam site. Sometimes only time will tell whether a site is a scam one or not. But if a site offers 1 dollar for viewing an ad for 30 seconds you can count on it being scam. Do not join such sites! One of the reasons these scam sites exist is that people join them. Do not help scammers to scam other people. There are a lot of honest PTC sites. Join honest sites, or do not join PTC sites at all if you do not like rates like $0.001 - $0.01 per click.
